Yes, all Nxt Level Labz products are sent to a third-party accredited laboratory for purity testing along with COA testing from our manufactures.

All of our third-party testing results can be found on the product pages along with our test results page available here.

Orders placed before 3pm will be sent same day! Please note that this applies to orders placed on business days only. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As stated above all products are tested at an accredited facility to assure you are getting exactly what we are advertising if you have any concerns or questions, please email info@nxtlevellabz.com and we will answer all your questions.

Shipping cost will depend on your location rest assured we do everything we can to make sure we can offer the best possible shipping prices for our customers with orders over £150 receiving free shipping!

We recommend keeping your product out of direct sunlight and in a cool and dry environment.

We do not accept returns on our products due to possible product contamination. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact info@nxtlevellabz.com to discuss options further. If the order is lost in transit, we will reship your order however all orders are tracked and if we can see the order status is “delivered” we will not offer a reship. If anything is missing from your order, please contact info@nxtlevellabz.com with your order number and missing products once we assess that the claim is not fraudulent, we will send the missing items. All orders are checked and documented before shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
