This policy is issued by NXT LVL LABZ LTD (“Nxt Level Labz”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and sets out how we establish that products supplied through www.nxtlevellabz.com are purchased for genuine laboratory research purposes. It applies to every order placed on our website and operates alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Not for Human Consumption Disclaimer Policy.
1. Eligible Purchasers
Products are supplied only to purchasers acquiring them for lawful in vitro research purposes. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a suitably qualified professional or research institution, and that all products will be used strictly for laboratory research.
2. Confirmation of Research Intent at Checkout
Every order placed through www.nxtlevellabz.com requires the purchaser to actively confirm a mandatory declaration before the order can be submitted. This declaration confirms that the purchaser is aged 18 or over, is purchasing strictly for laboratory research purposes, understands that the products are not for human or animal consumption, and accepts our Terms & Conditions. The declaration is not pre-selected and must be actively accepted; an order cannot be placed until it is confirmed.
3. Age Requirement
Products are supplied only to individuals aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request verification of age and to refuse or cancel any order where this cannot be established.
4. Customer Representations
By placing an order you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the legal capacity and, where relevant, the professional or institutional standing to purchase research materials, that you have the facilities and competence to handle them safely and lawfully, and that your purchase and intended use comply with all laws applicable to you.
5. Prohibited Uses
Purchasers must not acquire any product for human or animal consumption, for resale or onward supply for such use, or for any purpose that misrepresents the research basis on which products are supplied. Any such conduct is a breach of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
6. Right to Refuse, Cancel or Refund
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without providing a reason, to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we have reason to believe that the intended use is inconsistent with this policy, that the purchaser has misrepresented their intent, eligibility or qualifications, or that supplying the order may be unlawful.
7. Handling, Storage and Onward Supply
Purchasers accept full responsibility for the lawful and appropriate receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of any product supplied, and for ensuring that any onward supply is consistent with this policy and applicable law.
8. Record of Acceptance
The purchaser’s confirmation of the checkout declaration is recorded against the order as part of our order records and forms part of the basis on which the order is supplied. This record is retained as evidence of the research-use declaration provided at the time of purchase.
